  • Validator voting remains active, with six version 3.3.0 amendments awaiting broader consensus before possible network activation.
  • Earlier amendments reached 85.71% and 100% consensus, showing that proposed changes can progress through governance successfully.
  • The $589 projection remains separate from registry data, which measures validator consensus rather than market valuation or price targets.

XRP Ledger governance is showing continued protocol activity, with validators reviewing amendments while a $589 projection circulates without direct registry support.

Validator Voting Expands Across New Amendments

The  tweet from TickerMelody, who connected ledger development with a $589 XRP projection. The post described the network as moving at “speed of light” despite wider political delays. However, the registry provides measurable governance data rather than evidence for that valuation.

Version 3.3.0 currently contains six amendments under active voting. These include BatchV1_1, Sponsor, fixCleanup3_3_0, PermissionDelegationV1_1, ConfidentialTransfer, and DynamicMPT. None of those proposals currently carries an enabled status in the displayed registry.

Each proposal faces a threshold of 28 validators from a possible 35. That requirement establishes the consensus level needed before activation can proceed. Current participation remains uneven across the six proposed changes.

BatchV1_1 records two voters and 5.71% consensus in the displayed data. Meanwhile, fixCleanup3_3_0 has one voter and 2.86% consensus. Sponsor and PermissionDelegationV1_1 each show zero voters and zero consensus.

Earlier Amendments Show Governance Progress

The registry also records completed amendments from earlier protocol versions. fixCleanup3_2_0 shows 30 voters and 85.71% consensus. Its enabled date appears as July 29, 2026, confirming that the amendment reached activation.

An earlier change, fixCleanup3_1_3, records 35 voters and 100% consensus. Its activation date appears as May 27, 2026. Those figures provide a clear comparison with the newer proposals.

SingleAssetVault currently shows 14 voters and 40% consensus. LendingProtocol records 13 voters and 37.14% consensus. Both remain disabled, indicating that voting participation alone does not establish immediate activation.

The registry also lists fixBatchInnerSigs with a deprecated label. It records 10 voters and 28.57% consensus in the displayed data. Because the proposal is deprecated, its figures should be separated from active governance initiatives.

Governance Data Does Not Establish XRP Valuation

The “speed of light” description refers to network development, not transaction performance. The registry specifically records amendment voting, validator participation, consensus, and activation status. It does not provide throughput measurements or evidence of future market prices.

The $589 reference therefore remains separate from the displayed governance information. No registry figure establishes that XRP could reach that valuation. Market pricing instead depends on demand, liquidity, adoption, and wider digital-asset conditions.

Even so, the governance record shows continuing protocol development. Several proposals remain under consideration, while previous amendments have already achieved activation. This creates a measurable record of network changes beyond speculative market commentary.

The next important signal will be rising participation among the newer proposals. Greater validator consensus would move those amendments closer toward the 28-validator threshold. Until then, the registry shows active development, but not confirmed activation for most version 3.3.0 changes.
