XRP price is hovering around $1.25, but the current price structure is making one closely followed analyst increasingly cautious.
CasiTrades, whose XRP analysis we cover regularly because of her detailed Fibonacci levels and clearly defined technical scenarios, says the market is now sitting at one of the most important points of the current correction.
Her concern is simple: XRP broke below the $1.26 Fibonacci level and has now spent several days consolidating underneath it.
That is not necessarily bullish stabilization.
It could be preparation for another fast move lower.
Why $1.26 Is So Important for XRP
CasiTrades’ one-hour chart shows XRP trading near $1.25, directly beneath the former support area around $1.258-$1.26.
Once support breaks, traders normally want to see price reclaim it quickly.
Instead, XRP has repeatedly failed to push back above the level and is building a tight range underneath it.
CasiTrades argues that this type of consolidation can turn former support into resistance.

The chart also shows XRP trading below its short-term moving averages, with the broader structure producing lower highs since October.
That keeps sellers in control unless $1.26 is reclaimed convincingly.

XRP Could Drop Toward $1.10 Very Quickly
The bearish path on her chart points toward a much deeper support cluster.
The first important downside target sits around $1.1259, based on a 1.618 Fibonacci extension.
Below that is an even stronger area around $1.09-$1.10, where several Fibonacci levels overlap.
From the current $1.25 area, a fall to $1.10 would mean another decline of roughly 12%.
CasiTrades believes that if the breakdown begins, it could happen quickly rather than through a slow decline.
The RSI offers one small counterargument. Her chart shows an emerging bullish divergence, with RSI producing higher lows even as XRP price weakens.
But so far, that divergence has not been enough to reclaim resistance.
What Would Change the XRP Price Setup?
The immediate battle remains around $1.26.
If the XRP price moves back above that level and begins holding it as support, the bearish scenario would lose some of its strength.
Until then, the consolidation underneath former support leaves the market vulnerable.
That is why CasiTrades is paying such close attention to the current range.
