The distribution of XRP holdings gives a different way to view the cryptocurrency market, particularly as investors continue to compare their balances with those of other holders.
A table posted by crypto enthusiast Amanda highlights the number of XRP accounts across different balance ranges and asks holders a simple question: “Where do you rank?”
The data shows a significant difference between the number of accounts holding smaller amounts of XRP and the relatively small number of accounts controlling much larger balances.

According to the table Amanda shared, the largest group consists of accounts holding between zero and 20 XRP. The category contains 1,296,232 accounts, with a combined balance of approximately 16.51 million XRP.
The next-largest group includes accounts holding between 20 and 500 XRP. There are 2,384,287 accounts in this range, collectively holding approximately 176.51 million XRP.
The number of accounts decreases considerably as the balance ranges increase. 433,531 accounts are holding between 1,000 and 5,000 XRP, while 129,998 accounts hold between 5,000 and 10,000 XRP. The table records 58,977 accounts with balances between 25,000 and 50,000 XRP.
At the higher end, only 131 accounts fall within the 20 million to 100 million XRP range, while 57 accounts hold between 100 million and 500 million XRP.
The most concentrated category in the table contains just four accounts with balances of 1 billion XRP or more. Together, those accounts hold approximately 6.42 billion XRP.
Another 23 accounts hold between 500 million and 1 billion XRP, collectively accounting for approximately 12.85 billion XRP. The 57 accounts in the 100 million to 500 million range hold another 12.18 billion XRP.
The figures show how sharply the number of accounts falls as XRP balances increase. While millions of accounts hold relatively small amounts, a much smaller number of accounts control substantial XRP balances.
The comments attached to Amanda’s post reflected different reactions to the figures. One user responded with “57,” apparently referring to the number of accounts in the 100 million to 500 million XRP category.

Another commenter suggested that the current distribution could eventually become a positive development for some holders, writing that the accounts could represent a “losers list” that may turn upward.
Other responses focused on individual rankings. One user asked whether others could see the number “4,” referring to the four accounts holding at least 1 billion XRP. Another commenter responded with “53843,” apparently identifying their position within the distribution.
The table therefore gives XRP holders a way to compare their balances with other accounts while also illustrating the substantial concentration among the largest holders. Amanda’s question, “Where do you rank?”, places the focus directly on where individual XRP balances sit within the wider distribution.
