XRP has returned to a key support level after retreating from a recent local high near $1.16. Analyst BankXRP (@BankXRP) shared a chart showing the token testing an ascending trendline that has guided price action throughout July.

The setup places XRP near $1.107 as traders watch whether buyers can defend the structure that has produced a series of higher lows over the past several weeks. The chart also includes the Ichimoku Cloud, adding another layer to the current technical outlook as XRP approaches an important decision point.

Watching the Ascending Support

BankXRP’s chart shows XRP sitting directly on the rising trendline after its pullback from $1.16. The support connects multiple swing lows from July, keeping the broader uptrend intact despite the recent decline.

The latest candles suggest buyers have stepped in around the trendline. As long as that support holds, the pattern of higher lows remains unchanged and keeps the current structure intact.

Ichimoku Signals the Next Resistance Area

The Ichimoku Cloud shows XRP trading below both the conversion line and the base line. The price also remains beneath the cloud, placing the next resistance zone overhead.

At the same time, the cloud ahead appears relatively thin. If XRP rebounds from the trendline and builds momentum, that resistance could become the next area traders watch for a breakout attempt.

Price Expectations from the Community

BankXRP focused on the current chart structure, while several community members shared their own price outlooks. One user predicted that XRP would go to $0.93, climb again to $1.055, before falling back to $0.87.

Many analysts believe XRP will fall below $1 soon, and some see the predicted decline as a requirement for the next breakout. Another commenter offered a similar outlook, setting a target of $0.947 for the asset.

Traders Watch For the Next Move

July did not experience the same declines as early June, but XRP did not meet expectations. The ascending trendline remains the key technical level on BankXRP’s chart. Holding above it would preserve the sequence of higher lows that has developed throughout July.

A sustained bounce would shift attention back to the Ichimoku Cloud, which represents the next major resistance area after the recent retreat from $1.16. If buyers maintain control at current levels, XRP could attempt another move toward recent highs. With the price resting on established support, the next reaction around the trendline is likely to shape XRP’s short-term direction.
