At the core of the new platform is Zebec's signature streaming payroll technology. Rather than waiting for a biweekly bank cycle to clear, businesses can pay employees and contractors in real time, by the second, meaning earnings can be streamed continuously, accessed instantly, and used immediately.The platform includes compliance built in, with SOC II, MiCA, and enterprise-grade AML and KYC integrations.
Zebec processes over half a billion dollars in annual payroll volume across 12,000 employees at 285 enterprises, providing a real-world foundation for the new enterprise offering. The platform is seamlessly integrated with top HCM platforms, powering real-time, compliant payroll for global teams.
Zebec Enterprise directly targets one of the most persistent pain points in global workforce management: cross-border payment friction. The platform provides a single dashboard for diverse workforce classifications, from full-time staff to independent contractors and third-party vendors.
Employers can stream salaries and contractor payments in stablecoins like USDC and EURC directly to digital wallets in real time.Through Stellar's integration with MoneyGram, users can convert digital dollars into local currency at more than 450,000 locations across over 170 countries. This effectively removes the need for traditional banking intermediaries in many cross-border compensation scenarios.
The company also unveiled a redesigned enterprise dashboard, with an interface targeting HR departments managing large international workforces and contractor networks.Several European institutions and multinational employers have already entered final testing stages, evaluating salary distribution, contractor payments, and employee benefits workflows.
The launch builds on Zebec's broader multichain expansion. Founded on Solana in 2021, Zebec has since expanded to BNB Chain, NEAR Protocol, Arbitrum, Base, and its own layer-3 solution called Nautilus Chain.The project has raised $35 million from investors including Circle, Coinbase Ventures, Solana Ventures, Breyer Capital, Republic Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
