Particularly noteworthy is the fact that some altcoins with lower market capitalization have surpassed major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
When the trading volumes of the two exchanges were combined, Axis Robotics (AXIS) topped the list with a volume of approximately $257 million. AXIS was followed by Irys (IRYS) with $177.83 million and Threshold Network (T) with $144.47 million.
Approximately $196.28 million of AXIS’s trading volume came from Upbit, and $60.78 million from Bithumb. This indicates that the altcoin is heavily traded on both South Korean exchanges.
