Anthropic IPO on Bitget to IPO Prime Ahead of Expected Nasdaq Listing

Bitget has announced that its IPO Prime platform will soon open subscriptions for the Anthropic IPO. Eligible users can take part with USDT or USDGO, so no conventional brokerage account is needed.

Allocated assets will arrive as a tokenized asset called rANT. That raises a key question: does rANT give investors direct exposure to Anthropic shares? The exchange says it does not. Here is what is confirmed so far.

At a Glance

  • Bitget exchange adds Anthropic to IPO Prime.

  • Deposits are accepted in USDT and USDGO.

  • Estimated offering price: $103 per share.

  • Estimated valuation: $1.75 trillion.

  • Two subscription rounds: VIP and Public.

  • Minimum investment: $100.

  • Allocated assets arrive as rANT.

  • Anthropic has not endorsed this subscription.

Why Anthropic Was Added to IPO Prime Ahead of Its Nasdaq Listing?

IPO Prime is Bitget’s global subscription platform for pre-IPO and IPO opportunities. According to Daily Crypto News, Anthropic is the third company featured, after SpaceX and OpenAI.

Anthropic was founded in 2021 and is based in San Francisco. Its main product, Claude, is used for software development, enterprise work, data analysis, and AI agents. The announcement reports revenue of about $16.3 billion in the first half of 2026, up roughly 14 times year over year.

The company filed its US prospectus on October 26, 2026 as well as Nasdaq listing plans under the ticker ANT.

The Anthropic IPO is drawing interest from both traditional and crypto investors because of its expected size.

Anthropic IPO Subscription Price, Investment Limits and Fees

The platform lists an estimated offering price of $103 and an estimated market cap of $1.75 trillion. These are reference estimates, not final pricing. The issuer and underwriters will set the final price based on demand and market conditions. Subscriptions settle at that final price plus applicable fees.

VIP vs Public Allocation: How It Works and When You Get rANT

The VIP and Public rounds run independently. Eligible users can join both, and results are calculated separately. VIP access is limited to VIP 1 to VIP 7 users, and sub-accounts cannot take part.

Your share depends on how much you invest compared with everyone else in the same round. The formula is:

User Allocation = (User Investment ÷ Total Round Investment) × Available Stock Quota

A larger share usually means a larger allocation. Once a pool limit is reached, new subscriptions stop. Full allocation or a fixed rate is not guaranteed, and unallocated funds are refunded after settlement. Allocation results are expected four to eight hours before the US market opens on IPO day.

How to participate:

  1. Open a verified Bitget account.

  2. Fund it with USDT or USDGO.

  3. Choose the Anthropic offer on IPO Prime.

  4. Enter at least $100, within your personal limit.

  5. Read and accept the risk disclosure.

What Is rANT? Tokenized Anthropic Shares and the Risks for Investors

rANT is a tokenized asset that is delivered to users who receive an allocation. Reports say the underlying shares are held through brokerage and custody partners, and tokens are issued to match.

The announcement is clear that holding rANT is not the same as owning Anthropic stock. It does not automatically bring shareholder status or voting rights. Your actual rights, the asset backing, and redemption terms depend on the product documents, not on assumptions about the token.

Other risks matter too. Funds cannot be withdrawn, traded, or transferred once submitted. The IPO could be delayed or cancelled. Third-party issuers, custodians and placement partners could affect delivery or trading. Liquidity is not guaranteed, and you may lose all of your capital. It also states that Anthropic does not operate, issue, or endorse this product.

What the Anthropic IPO Means for Investors and What Happens Next

IPO Prime links crypto balances with traditional IPO allocations. Bitget CEO Gracy Chen says such opportunities have mostly gone to institutions and wealthy clients. A valuation of $1.5 trillion to $1.75 trillion explains the attention, and the offer may raise interest in tokenized traditional assets.

Still, it is wise to wait for final pricing, confirmed allocation details, and the full product terms. The Bitget subscription is not an official Anthropic offering, partnership, or endorsement.

Conclusion

The Anthropic IPO subscription on IPO Prime offers a VIP round from November 5 and a Public round from November 10, with allocations delivered as rANT. Allocation size, final pricing, token rights, and the IPO schedule are all still open points to weigh before participating.
