- Binance moved 3.09 trillion SHIB internally, with no clear evidence of selling activity.
- SHIB exchange reserves fell below 87 trillion as 82.21 billion tokens left exchanges.
- SHIB gained 10.03% weekly despite weaker volume and a recent 0.57% daily decline.
Binance has moved more than 3 trillion Shiba Inu tokens between two wallets. The transfers arrived as SHIB exchange reserves dropped below 87 trillion tokens. The movement has attracted attention among traders watching available market supply. However, Binance appears to have shuffled funds internally rather than sold SHIB. Meanwhile, falling exchange reserves could support the bullish case if demand increases. SHIB also continues holding strong weekly gains despite a recent pullback.

Binance Shuffles 3.09 Trillion SHIB
Arkham Intelligence data shows two large SHIB transfers from Binance. Together, both transactions involved 3,098,891,481,684 SHIB. Binance completed both transfers just one minute apart. The timing suggests both movements formed part of one wallet management operation. The first transfer moved 1.099 trillion SHIB worth about $5.84 million. Funds moved from Binance cold wallet 0xF97…1aceC to 0x5a5…0Efcb. One minute later, Binance transferred another 2 trillion SHIB.
That second transaction carried a value near $10.62 million. Both addresses belong to Binance, according to available blockchain data. Therefore, the transfers do not represent buying or selling activity. Binance likely moved funds while managing reserves and custody arrangements. Exchanges often redistribute assets between cold wallets for operational reasons. After both transfers, the receiving wallet held 37.604 trillion SHIB.
That balance represented roughly $203.4 million at the time. The sending wallet retained about 7 trillion SHIB. Etherscan data ranks the receiving address as SHIB’s fourth-largest holder. Only three larger addresses appear above the wallet in the ranking. Those include wallets linked to Robinhood and Upbit. The Shiba Inu burn address also ranks above the Binance-controlled wallet.

SHIB Holds Gains Despite Cooling Trading Activity
SHIB recently climbed above $0.0000061 during a broader crypto market rally. The token has since surrendered part of that advance. However, SHIB still holds a 10.03% weekly gain near $0.0000054. The token declined around 0.57% over the past 24 hours. Trading volume also dropped approximately 30.66% to $77.63 million.
Lower volume suggests traders have reduced activity following the recent rally. SHIB currently carries a market capitalization near $3.19 billion. The token ranks as the 27th-largest cryptocurrency by market value. For now, Binance’s transfer should not count as an exchange outflow. The tokens remained within Binance-controlled wallets after both transactions.
The more important development involves falling exchange reserves across the wider market. If withdrawals continue and demand strengthens, SHIB could face tighter available supply. However, traders still need stronger volume and sustained buying pressure. The recent pullback shows that momentum can weaken after sharp price advances.
