As of 12:00 AM KST on August 26, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 109.76 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, up 1.02% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 109.68 million KRW, reflecting a positive price gap of 80,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.07%.
Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.12%. Other major altcoins showed mixed premiums, with Solana (SOL) at 0.11%, XRP (XRP) at 0.07%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at -0.13%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.25%. Major altcoins are currently trading with premiums ranging from -0.1% to 0.2%.
