As of 12:00 AM KST on September 3, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 105.74 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, down 1.18% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 104.55 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 1.19 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 1.14%.
Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 1.19%. Other major altcoins also traded at premiums, with Solana (SOL) at 1.13%, XRP (XRP) at 1.16%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.56%, and Sui (SUI) at 1.23%. Most major altcoins are currently trading with a kimchi premium in the 0.5% to 1.2% range.
