@BNBCHAIN is rolling out a new ecosystem-wide security framework, combining a formal security standard called BNB-SS with an expanded AvengerDAO marketplace. The initiative brings 11 of the industry's leading security firms under one roof, aiming to give every project built on BNB Chain access to a consistent baseline of protection.
Eleven Firms, One Framework
The expanded marketplace includes @HashDit, @CertiK, @zokyo_io, @salus_sec, @Beosin_com, @GoplusSecurity, @blocksecteam, @pessimistic_io, @sherlockdefi, @getfailsafe, and @firepanhqin. Packaging that many providers into a single offering is a meaningful shift from the more fragmented approach that has typically defined blockchain security, where projects must source audits, monitoring, and incident response from different vendors independently.
The consolidated marketplace brings together audit firms, risk scanners, bug bounty programs, and real-time alert systems under one roof, lowering the coordination burden for builders who want comprehensive coverage without managing multiple vendor relationships.
A Track Record That Motivated the Push
The new standard is arriving on the back of measurable progress. Over the previous three years, ecosystem losses were reduced by 56%, and BNB Chain's risk-scoring APIs issued 38 million warnings to users in 2025 alone. The trend of improving security outcomes on BNB Chain has been building for some time. AvengerDAO, the community focused on protecting users from exploits, scams, and malicious actors, previously reported an 85% reduction in financial losses on BNB Smart Chain between 2020 and 2023.
A BNB Chain representative noted that the reduction in losses could be largely attributed to AvengerDAO's quick alerts, which minimised the number of users participating in potential scams, rather than any decline in the volume of attempted attacks. That point matters: attack attempts have continued to rise, meaning the security layer is doing more work than the headline loss figures alone suggest.
The marketplace model, where security providers can offer their tools to a concentrated audience of BNB Chain builders, creates a self-sustaining incentive structure. Audit firms gain distribution, while developers gain vetted, readily accessible protection. The BNB-SS standard is designed to formalise that relationship and make security a defined, auditable property of the ecosystem rather than an optional add-on.
