Pauline Shangett brings the crypto super app argument to the Bit Digital Stage on October 7, and the booth opens a Fast Track Program zone for early-stage wallets.
ChangeNOW, an enterprise-focused crypto super app, has announced its program for TOKEN2049 Singapore. The company works the week on three fronts: a booth built around partner projects, a keynote on where crypto products go next, and an evening event of its own.
The ChangeNOW booth: Retrofuturism and Japanese Metabolism
The booth design combines retrofuturism with Japanese Metabolism, the 1960s architectural movement. Retrofuturism is the way the 60s pictured the future. It suits both Singapore and the pace of Web3. It also keeps the past in view: finance is centuries old, and crypto is its current chapter.
In architecture, Metabolism means separate capsules that connect into one building. ChangeNOW works the same way: many products, one app, many sources — one solution.
The team laid out one large open space split into working zones, open both days of the conference.
Podcast Studio
A podcast studio is at the center of the booth. For two days the ChangeNOW team will record interviews and other formats there with founders and product leads from across the industry. Major crypto media will use the same space for their own interviews during the conference.
Fast Track Program Zone
One zone is given to the Fast Track Program, a free ChangeNOW program for new and early-stage crypto wallets. A team gets an API key, adds swaps to the app, and starts earning a share of the volume its users generate. What a participant gets:

ChangeNOW × CoolWallet zone
A limited run of co-branded CoolWallet × ChangeNOW hardware wallets comes to the booth, with ChangeNOW built in as the exclusive in-app swap provider. Owners swap assets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, EVM chains, and other supported networks inside the app, with no key exports and no outside services. Visitors can get a device by taking part in booth activities.
The zone also points forward: early-stage wallets that start working with ChangeNOW today can grow into this kind of collaboration as established players.

ChangeNOW merch at the booth includes pieces made with design brands such as Native Union. Quantities are limited.

After day one of the conference, ChangeNOW carries the booth's retrofuturist look into a bar: 1960s design and capsule architecture, custom cocktails, a cigar bar, late-night food, and a photo space. Every guest takes home a limited-edition item. Pauline Shangett and Martin Masser will host the evening.
The event is for ChangeNOW partners and people working in Web3. Admission is free and entry is by approved request only, with capacity limited; the organizers share the exact address with confirmed guests.
