CiDi Games (@PlayCiDi), the gaming gateway in the @PiCoreTeam ecosystem, is asking Pioneers to share their experiences with Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and Pi Mainnet wallet problems. The feedback will be compiled and presented to the Pi Core Team, with the aim of giving the community a clearer channel to raise verification and wallet concerns on Pi Network.
The survey is open to all Pioneers, including those who have not yet completed KYC. CiDi Games says it wants to hear about real experiences rather than limit responses to verified users. Issues commonly reported include changes in KYC status, tentative approvals and difficulty completing the verification process. The survey link is available through the project's X post.
Who Is CiDi Games?
CiDi Games is a portfolio company of Pi Network Ventures. According to Pi's official blog, the platform launched its beta app in the Pi ecosystem in May 2026 as an instant-access HTML5 gaming platform available through the Pi Browser. The beta included 10 initial games, skill-based tournaments and a progression system called CiDiScore.
KuCoin News reported that the beta drew more than 81,000 Pioneers from over 160 regions and recorded 1.2 million game sessions in under seven days. That user base gives the project a sizeable audience of Pioneers to draw feedback from.
Why KYC and Wallet Issues Remain in Focus
KYC and Mainnet migration have been persistent pain points for Pioneers. In September 2026, Hokanews reported, citing an update from the Pi Core Team, that new technical fixes were aimed at KYC and Mainnet migration problems affecting more than 900,000 Pioneers. The update cleared 417,000 accounts from duplicate-account flags and scheduled another 497,000 Fast-Track wallets to become eligible for migration.
Coingape noted that removing the duplicate-account flag does not remove other KYC requirements, so affected users still need to complete the full verification process to access Mainnet migration. That helps explain why some Pioneers continue to report status changes and incomplete approvals.
Community-led surveys like the one from CiDi Games do not replace official support channels, and it is not yet clear how the Pi Core Team will respond to the feedback. Even so, the effort reflects a growing role for ecosystem projects in surfacing user concerns as Pi Network expands its app and utility offerings.
