The launch arrives alongside a new rewards program that returns 100% of eligible swap fees to users and the people they refer during a limited launch period. Rewards are paid in MON, Monad's native token.

CoinFello, the first AI agentic product for using and automating all of DeFi from a single interface launched their latest agent, Fello 2, today. This major upgrade to Fello unlocks the ability for users to describe any onchain strategy in plain language. This means Fello will first understand the user's intent, build out a plan for their review, and upon the user's approval, keep it running in the background so that they can get on with their day.

Doing DeFi manually usually means cross-referencing countless values across countless dApps, initiating and approving each transaction, and hoping that the order details are all correctly configured. Fello 2 replaces that with a single prompt. A user can write a complicated prompt for a DeFi strategy, such as, "Every Friday, move some idle USDC into the best stablecoin pool, but if any position gets within 15% of liquidation, add margin first, then tell me what you did," and the agent reads each condition, carries out the steps in order, and reports back at the point the user asked to hear about. CoinFello describes the shift simply: instead of doing DeFi, you describe it.

For EOA users, getting started requires nothing. Ask Fello to monitor your positions and it will flag anything that matters (a drift, a liquidation risk, a better yield elsewhere), without funding a new wallet. It's only when users want Fello to act on those alerts, and move funds, that they are asked to fund an Automation Wallet they own.

Fello 2 also reviews and intelligently judges what it is asked to sign. It declines blind-signing requests, approval-phishing attempts, and transactions built to drain a wallet, and it will not take broader permissions than a user grants. The agent also never holds a user's keys. It works through a delegation model that gives it only the permissions the user grants, and any permission can be revoked at any time.

A rewards program where you earn from your own swaps and swaps from the people you refer

The launch coincides with a new Rewards Program. Every eligible swap a user makes through Fello earns them a share of the swap fees, paid in MON. Users also earn a share of the fees generated by anyone they refer, for as long as that person keeps swapping.

During a limited launch period, CoinFello will return all of the swap fees it generates on eligible activity to users and their referrers. When that period ends, users and referrers are expected to keep earning at the program's standard rate. The company said it will publish details of the standard split and the timing of the change before the launch period ends.

Rewards from both sources are itemized on a Rewards dashboard in the CoinFello app and can be claimed to a wallet the user controls. There is no stated cap on the number of referrals a user can make or the amount that can be earned through qualifying activity. CoinFello also plans to let users deposit claimed rewards into a self-custodial account managed by Fello with the goal of compounding the earnings; that feature is under development and not yet available.

The hardest part of DeFi isn't one thing, it's two: knowing the right move, and then actually making it, over and over again. Bridge, swap, stake, check back at midnight to see if the rate moved, rebalance a portfolio manually in a week, and repeat. That whole process eats up hours of your time, even for someone who is comfortable with DeFi. Through a single prompt, Fello 2 transforms the manual steps in the process into automations. You describe it once, and the automation handles the schedule, the steps, and the conditions in between. And importantly, on a wallet you own, with nothing executed you didn't approve," said jacobc.eth, co-founder and CEO of CoinFello. "And from today, 100% of the fees generated from swaps go back to the people making them, not to us. That is the version of onchain finance I actually want to use."

Availability

Fello 2 is available now and is the default agent for every new chat at app.coinfello.com. Users can create a referral link in the Rewards section of their account at app.coinfello.com/rewards.
