The cryptocurrency market recorded broad gains on August 18, with most major digital assets trading higher.

According to CoinMarketCap, as of 9:00 AM KST on August 18, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 2.64% to $64,487.64, while Ethereum (ETH) gained 2.04% to $1,912.38. XRP (XRP) advanced 1.06% to $1.00, while Solana (SOL) increased 1.91% to $75.95. TRON (TRX) edged up 0.07% to $0.3310, while Dogecoin (DOGE) rose 1.22% to $0.07035. Avalanche (AVAX) gained 0.38% to $6.34, while World Liberty Financial (WLFI) climbed 1.95% to $0.0606. Worldcoin (WLD) fell 3.86% to $0.3416.

Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Venice Token (VVV) posted the largest 24-hour gain, rising 12.68%, while Canton (CC) recorded the steepest decline, falling 5.73%.

Other notable altcoins included Quai Network (QUAI), which rose 0.33% to $0.01159, and Aleo (ALEO), which gained 2.34% to $0.01565.
