The cryptocurrency market showed mixed movements on January 12, with several major digital assets trading higher while others posted losses.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 10:00 AM KST on January 12, Bitcoin (BTC) was up 0.86% at $91,285.75, while Ethereum (ETH) gained 1.09% to $3,121.47. XRP (XRP) fell 1.68% to $2.05, and Dogecoin (DOGE) slipped 0.21% to $0.1385. Solana (SOL) climbed 3.61% to $141.14, Avalanche (AVAX) rose 0.69% to $13.79, Shiba Inu (SHIB) declined 1.55% to $0.058501, Aptos (APT) dropped 2.37% to $1.77, and Pi (PI) edged down 0.01% to $0.2087.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Monero (XMR) recorded the largest daily gain, surging 23.49%, while Polygon (POL) posted the steepest decline, falling 8.54%.
