The cryptocurrency market recorded mixed performance on January 15, with major digital assets trading mostly lower.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 10:30 AM KST, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 1.28% to $96,413.99, while Ethereum (ETH) slipped 0.02% to $3,325.33. XRP (XRP fell 2.16% to $2.12. Dogecoin (DOGE) declined 1.71% to $0.1448, Solana (SOL) edged down 0.24% to $145.08, and Avalanche (AVAX) dropped 1.83% to $14.46. Shiba Inu (SHIB) lost 1.80% to $0.000058696, Monero (XMR) surged 7.99% to $725.99, while Pi (PI) fell 1.13% to $0.2084.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Dash (DASH) recorded the largest gain from the previous day, rising 37.25%, while Story (IP) posted the steepest decline, falling 19.06%.
Other altcoins included Obol (OBOL), which dropped 7.54% from the previous day to $0.02949, and Aleo (ALEO), which rose 4.52% to $0.1247.
