The cryptocurrency market recorded mixed movements on January 17, with major digital assets trading both lower and higher.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 11:30 AM KST on January 17, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.17% to $95,266.97, while Ethereum (ETH) slipped 0.41% to $3,285.60. XRP (XRP) edged down 0.41% to $2.05, and Dogecoin (DOGE) declined 1.64% to $0.1373. Solana (SOL) rose 1.71% to $144.41, Avalanche (AVAX) dropped 1.89% to $13.55, Shiba Inu (SHIB) increased 0.78% to $0.058492, Aptos (APT) dipped 0.46% to $1.79, and Pi (PI) inched up 0.02% to $0.2048.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Story (IP) recorded the largest day-on-day gain, rising 7.55%, while Internet Computer (ICP) posted the steepest decline with a 10.88% drop.
