The cryptocurrency market recorded widespread losses on January 19, with most major digital assets trading sharply lower.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 10:00 AM KST, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 2.28% to $92,735.98, while Ethereum (ETH) declined 2.55% to $3,215.73. XRP (XRP dropped 5.01% to $1.95, Dogecoin (DOGE) slid 7.46% to $0.127, Solana (SOL) fell 5.98% to $134.10, and Avalanche (AVAX) dropped 8.80% to $12.56. Shiba Inu (SHIB) declined 6.53% to $0.057877, Aptos (APT) plunged 11.81% to $1.63, while Pi (PI) fell 7.30% to $0.1885.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Humanity Protocol (H) recorded the largest daily gain, rising 9.32%, while Celestia (TIA) posted the steepest decline with a 12.81% drop.
Other notable altcoins included Obol (OBOL), which fell 2.77% from the previous day to $0.0274, and Aleo (ALEO), which dropped 5.19% to $0.1145.
