The cryptocurrency market traded higher on January 22, with most major digital assets posting gains.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 11:00 AM KST, Bitcoin (BTC) was up 1.22% at $90,007.63, while Ethereum (ETH) rose 2.08% to $3,025.72. XRP (XRP) gained 3.05% to $1.95. Dogecoin (DOGE) increased 1.60% to $0.1275, Solana (SOL) advanced 2.26% to $130.11, and Avalanche (AVAX) climbed 2.60% to $12.57. Shiba Inu (SHIB) added 2.27% to $0.058041, Aptos (APT) edged up 0.66% to $1.57, while World Liberty Financial (WLFI) jumped 4.36% to $0.1699.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Axie Infinity (AXS) recorded the largest 24-hour gain, surging 18.69%, while Story (IP) posted the steepest decline, falling 9.23%.
Other notable altcoins included Obol (OBOL), which rose 8.44% to $0.03376, and Massa (MAS), which gained 2.38% to $0.004945.
