The cryptocurrency market fell broadly on October 23, with BTC, ETH and XRP all posting losses of more than 3%. M was the top performer among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, while LIT recorded the steepest decline.
Cryptocurrency Prices on October 23, 2026. (IT Times)According to CoinMarketCap at 10:00 a.m. KST on October 23, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3.33% from the previous day to $81,289.77. Ethereum (ETH) declined 3.28% to $2,388.32, while XRP (XRP) dropped 3.92% to $1.30.
Solana (SOL) slipped 3.11% to $103.72, while Dogecoin (DOGE) fell 3.60% to $0.07893. Tron (TRX) declined 0.61% to $0.3282, posting a relatively smaller loss among major cryptocurrencies.
Avalanche (AVAX) dropped 5.75% to $9.11. World Liberty Financial (WLFI) fell 5.11% to $0.05362, while Worldcoin (WLD) lost 5.94% to $0.5481.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, MemeCore (M) gained 14.73%, recording the biggest increase. Lighter (LIT), meanwhile, posted the steepest decline, falling 12.59%.
Other notable altcoins moved higher. Quai Network (QUAI) rose 2.37% to $0.05362, while Aleo (ALEO) gained 2.06% to $0.03946.
Two new coins were listed on CoinMarketCap over the past 24 hours: Universal High Income (UHI) and Giga Tenev (GIGATENEV).
