The cryptocurrency market traded lower on September 10, with Bitcoin falling to around $78,000 while NEAR Protocol emerged as the top-performing asset among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.

According to CoinMarketCap at 10:00 a.m. KST on Sept. 10, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.95% from the previous day to $78,015.26, while Ethereum (ETH) declined 1.29% to $2,459.49, extending weakness across most major cryptocurrencies.
XRP dropped 2.06% to $1.38, while Solana (SOL) fell 2.47% to $100.92. Tron (TRX) edged up 0.02% to $0.3392, making it one of the few major cryptocurrencies to post a gain.
Dogecoin (DOGE) declined 5.01% to $0.08551, and Avalanche (AVAX) fell 2.68% to $7.74. World Liberty Financial (WLFI) slipped 0.27% to $0.05607, while Worldcoin (WLD) plunged 11.38% to $0.4046.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, NEAR Protocol (NEAR) recorded the biggest 24-hour gain, rising 6.39%. Pons (PONS) posted the steepest decline, tumbling 19.51%.
Elsewhere in the altcoin market, QUAI edged up 0.01% to $0.01113, while ALEO gained 0.29% to $0.01726.
CoinMarketCap also added five newly listed cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hours: hotdog (HOTDOG), Memory cow Moo (MOO), iCoin (ICOIN), Crumbs (CRUMBS), and AEGIS X (AGX).
