The cryptocurrency market moved higher on September 17, with Bitcoin and Ethereum both gaining as Zcash posted the strongest rise among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. Sky, meanwhile, recorded the steepest decline, falling more than 6%.

According to CoinMarketCap at 11:00 a.m. KST on Sept. 17, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 0.55% from the previous day to $76,376.96, while Ethereum (ETH) gained 0.98% to $2,430.26. XRP climbed 0.49% to $1.30.
Solana (SOL) rose 2.16% to $99.52, while Tron (TRX) gained 0.87% to $0.3357. Dogecoin (DOGE) advanced 0.99% to $0.08107, while Avalanche (AVAX) increased 3.31% to $7.52.
World Liberty Financial (WLFI) rose 3.24% to $0.05907, while Worldcoin (WLD) gained 3.13% to $0.3732.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Zcash (ZEC) recorded the biggest 24-hour gain, surging 22.32%. Sky (SKY) posted the steepest decline, plunging 6.06%.
Elsewhere in the altcoin market, QUAI rose 2.98% to $0.00864, while Aleo (ALEO) fell 2.21% to $0.01531.
CoinMarketCap listed three new cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hours: Malachite (MALA), BLUE CHIP (BLUECHIP), and Argus (ARGUS).
