The cryptocurrency market traded mixed on Sept. 3, with Bitcoin posting modest gains while Kite emerged as the top-performing asset among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, according to CoinMarketCap.

According to CoinMarketCap at 11:00 a.m. KST on Sept. 3, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 0.46% from the previous day to $77,280.77, while Ethereum (ETH) slipped 0.37% to $2,386.22, reflecting mixed sentiment across major cryptocurrencies.
XRP climbed 1.63% to $1.35, while Solana (SOL) gained 1.17% to $100.10. Tron (TRX) advanced 1.01% to $0.3249, and Dogecoin (DOGE) rose 1.84% to $0.08214.
Avalanche (AVAX) edged up 0.80% to $7.19. Worldcoin (WLD) gained 3.02% to $0.3682, while World Liberty Financial (WLFI) advanced 3.43% to $0.3485.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Kite (KITE) recorded the biggest 24-hour gain, soaring 13.74%. Sky (SKY) posted the steepest decline, falling 6.41%.
Elsewhere in the altcoin market, QUAI fell 7.84% to $0.007444, while ALEO gained 3.61% to $0.01689.
CoinMarketCap also added eight newly listed cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hours: Doggie Mode (DOGGIE), Baby Cash Cat (BABYCASHCAT), World Is Flat (WIF), YOLO (YOLO), Ramses (RAM), Up (UP), Thinking Cat (HMM), and (Goose Token) GOOSE.
