The cryptocurrency market maintained modest gains on Sept. 7, with Bitcoin holding above $80,000 while Celestia emerged as the top-performing asset among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, according to CoinMarketCap.

According to CoinMarketCap at 9:30 a.m. KST on Sept. 7, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 0.34% from the previous day to $80,177.74, while Ethereum (ETH) gained 1.14% to $2,515.98, as major cryptocurrencies broadly traded higher.
XRP edged up 0.37% to $1.42, while Solana (SOL) climbed 2.60% to $106.12. Dogecoin (DOGE) gained 0.75% to $0.09097, and Avalanche (AVAX) advanced 4.31% to $7.91.
Tron (TRX) rose 0.25% to $0.3351. Worldcoin (WLD) jumped 5.34% to $0.4216, while World Liberty Financial (WLFI) slipped 0.92% to $0.0569.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Celestia (TIA) recorded the biggest 24-hour gain, soaring 23.09%. Binance Life (币安人生) posted the steepest decline, falling 5.79%.
Elsewhere in the altcoin market, QUAI fell 1.33% to $0.01071, while ALEO gained 1.25% to $0.01697.
CoinMarketCap also added six newly listed cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hours: STONK(STONK), Artificial Neko (NEKO), Hoodrat (HOODRAT), Prism Assets (PRISM), Hover (HOVER), and PAIR (PAIR).
