700+ U.S. Stocks Coming to Sei via Dinari dShares

@SeiNetwork has announced a partnership with @DinariGlobal to bring more than 700 tokenized U.S. stocks to its blockchain, including every company in the S&P 500. The move extends the reach of Dinari's dShares product to Sei's growing ecosystem, giving eligible U.S. investors another onchain venue to access public market equities.

dShares are tokenized representations of traditional equities, backed 1:1 by the underlying securities, with the underlying shares of stocks and ETFs held in custody by a registered U.S. broker-dealer.Once the integration is live, assets will be available through supported self-custody wallets and can be traded using USDC.

The Sei integration expands the distribution of Dinari's existing dShares rather than introducing a new S&P 500 tokenization product. Dinari had already made the full index available through its platform as part of its broader tokenized equity offering.

A Regulated Stack Built for U.S. Investors

Dinari is a U.S.-domiciled issuer of tokenized U.S. equities. The company is an SEC-registered transfer agent and a FINRA member broker-dealer, which is the regulatory combination that lets it sell tokenized stocks to U.S. persons. Most other tokenized-stock issuers cannot, which is what sets Dinari apart in a category otherwise dominated by offshore vehicles.

The dShares structure is designed to preserve the rights and protections of traditional stock ownership, including NBBO execution, voting rights, dividends, corporate actions, and ownership of the backing security.

dShares are available to eligible U.S. investors through the Dinari Trading App and initial launch partners including Monaco, Eldora, and others. Dinari currently supports Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, and Ethereum Mainnet, with support on Sei and Solana expected soon.

The announcement adds to a broader wave of activity on Sei. Sei Network DEX volume jumped 316% in a single day as Mastercard and Dinari developments strengthened Sei's push toward institutional blockchain adoption and tokenized stocks.
