In an October 11 post, Andreou argued that Dogecoin could establish a recovery base if prices consolidate between $0.082 and $0.087. A move above $0.092-$0.095, followed by a successful retest, would provide stronger confirmation that buyers are regaining control.

The analyst identified $0.100–$0.105 as the next potential resistance area, followed by a more ambitious target between $0.115 and $0.117. From approximately $0.085, reaching the upper target would represent a gain of roughly 38%.

However, Andreou warned that a decline below $0.0795 would invalidate the bullish setup. That leaves Dogecoin facing a relatively narrow window to stabilize before another potential breakdown.

Fresh technical analysis also identifies immediate support near $0.0842 and resistance around $0.0872. Meanwhile, the recent golden cross has failed to produce sustained upward momentum, illustrating the difference between improving longer-term indicators and actual buying demand.

Dogecoin recorded approximately $57.2 million in net spot exchange outflows over seven days, according to CoinGlass data cited in an October 11 market report. Total withdrawals reached $538.16 million against $480.96 million in deposits.

Exchange withdrawals sometimes indicate accumulation, as investors move cryptocurrency into private wallets. However, these transactions can also reflect transfers between platforms and do not independently prove that whales are buying DOGE.

The flows emerged alongside broader cryptocurrency weakness, with DOGE falling from approximately $0.095 earlier in October. Persistent market volatility has also pressured Bitcoin, Ethereum and other speculative assets.
