HIVE Digital Technologies, a Canada-based Bitcoin miner and data center operator that trades on the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange, has announced a strategic partnership between its AI subsidiary BUZZ HPC and ProCogia, a Vancouver-based applied AI and data engineering company.

Under the deal, ProCogia will procure dedicated GPU capacity from BUZZ HPC's Canadian data centers and layer its own AI services on top, including large language model hosting, custom model training, AI agent development and full data integration, for enterprise and small- and medium-sized business clients across Canada, the United States, and Europe.

A two-way commercial relationship

The partnership works in both directions. ProCogia becomes a buyer of BUZZ HPC's compute infrastructure, and simultaneously serves as a preferred applied AI partner for BUZZ HPC's own clients.

That means companies already consuming GPU capacity from BUZZ HPC can now access ProCogia's AI development and deployment services without bringing in a separate vendor.

The two companies also plan to co-sell internationally, taking Canadian sovereign compute and applied AI capabilities to enterprise and public-sector buyers in the U.S. and Europe.

ProCogia will deploy its proprietary ZeroBoxx AI framework, a private, governed AI stack, on BUZZ HPC infrastructure as part of the arrangement, along with two vertical products: CallYeah, a voice AI tool for healthcare providers, and PolyKode, a code-migration tool for regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and life sciences.

Building on a year of expansion

The partnership adds an applied AI layer to BUZZ HPC's growing infrastructure footprint.

Over the past twelve months, the subsidiary has expanded into British Columbia with liquid-cooled data center capacity, announced a 320 MW sovereign AI build in the Greater Toronto Area, signed a $220 million GPU contract with Bell AI Fabric for Cohere, and closed a $350 million AI cloud services agreement with an unnamed investment-grade customer.

Year to date, BUZZ HPC has closed more than $600 million in total contract value for GPU cloud deals, with a demand pipeline exceeding $1 billion, according to the company.
