TLDR

  • Trump’s June financial disclosure listed more than 1,000 securities transactions, with only seven tied closely to crypto companies.
  • The filing showed two MSTR stock sales on June 23 and June 24, valued between $16,002 and $65,000 combined.
  • Coinbase appeared four times, including three stock sales and one later purchase worth between $50,001 and $100,000.
  • Trump also reported a Robinhood purchase valued between $1,001 and $15,000 on June 3.
  • Crypto-linked trades formed only a small share of Trump’s wider June investment activity, which reportedly ranged from about $78.1 million to $263.1 million.

President Donald Trump’s latest financial disclosure shows limited crypto-linked stock activity during June. The filing lists more than 1,000 securities transactions, but only seven involved companies closely tied to digital assets. MSTR stock, Coinbase and Robinhood were the main crypto-related names reported during the month.

The disclosure shows sales of Strategy shares, several Coinbase trades and one Robinhood purchase. These transactions represented a small part of Trump’s wider investment activity, which covered major funds and traditional companies.

MSTR Stock Sales Appear in June Filing

Trump’s disclosure lists two sales of MSTR stock, issued by Strategy, on June 23 and June 24. The combined reported value ranged from $16,002 to $65,000. The filing showed no Strategy purchases during June.

MSTR Stock Card Strategy Inc, MSTR

Strategy remains the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin and closely tracks changes in the cryptocurrency’s price. Investors often use MSTR stock as an indirect way to gain Bitcoin exposure through the public equity market.

Coinbase Trades Include Sales and One Purchase

Coinbase appeared four times in the June transaction report. The filing recorded stock sales on June 12, June 18, and June 23. Those three sales carried a combined reported value between $116,003 and $315,000.

COIN Stock Card Coinbase Global, Inc., COIN

A Coinbase purchase followed on June 24, valued between $50,001 and $100,000. The filing also showed a Robinhood purchase on June 3 worth between $1,001 and $15,000. No spot Bitcoin ETFs or crypto mining stocks appeared among the reported transactions.

Trump’s total June securities transactions ranged from about $78.1 million to $263.1 million, according to Bloomberg reporting. The largest individual transaction involved a Vanguard exchange-traded fund sale valued between $5 million and $25 million.

The disclosure also listed transactions involving Berkshire Hathaway, Visa, Mastercard and Cintas. This wider activity shows that MSTR stock and other crypto-linked shares formed only a limited portion of the month’s reported investment activity.

Crypto Business Income Remains Much Larger

Trump’s 2025 annual financial disclosure reported more than $1.4 billion in income from crypto-related ventures. Reuters reported that much of that income came from World Liberty Financial and the Trump meme coin.

The White House has said independent financial institutions manage the president’s investments. It has also said Trump does not direct individual trades and that no conflicts of interest exist. The June filing records transaction ranges rather than exact amounts, which follows federal financial disclosure rules for public officials covered by the reporting requirements.
