Uniform Labs has raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed rounds to expand Multiliquid, its tokenized asset settlement platform. Polychain led the seed financing, with backing from Circle Ventures and four other investors.
Announced on October 15, the funding supports infrastructure designed to help institutions move between tokenized investments and stablecoins without waiting through lengthy redemption windows.

Other seed participants included Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures and Generative Ventures. Founder and CEO Will Beeson told The Block that the pre-seed closed between May and June 2025.
The seed round followed between April and June 2026. The earlier financing used a simple agreement for future equity, while the later round involved priced equity.
Beeson did not disclose the valuation or how the total funding was divided. The $8 million represents combined financing, rather than the size of the seed round alone.
Multiliquid will use the capital to expand protocol engineering, recruit liquidity partners and connect with additional trading venues. Planned integrations include more tokenized cash and Treasury products across Ethereum-compatible networks and Solana.
Multiliquid targets faster swaps for institutional treasuries
The platform is live on Ethereum and Solana. It converts tokenized assets and stablecoins through atomic transactions, meaning both sides settle together or neither completes.
Beeson described conversions priced against net asset value, linking execution to the underlying fund valuation. The intended uses include reserve rebalancing, intraday margin requirements and switching investment strategies.
Multiliquid supports products from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson and Fasanara, alongside stablecoins including USDC. Its target users include issuers, institutional treasuries, lendi0ng protocols and market makers.
According to Beeson, the non-custodial platform incorporates identity checks, transfer restrictions and issuer-defined rules at settlement. It earns revenue through basis-point fees on completed conversions.
Initial pilot transactions are underway, with additional liquidity providers being onboarded during the fourth quarter. Beeson did not disclose transaction volumes or institutional client counts.
The company currently has five employees, according to his interview. Hiring for protocol engineering and institutional business development will continue through early 2027.
