Decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator Odos Protocol announced plans to shut down operations, giving users until July 30 to withdraw their assets.

The team said in a Thursday X post that the Odos DAO is separate from the operating company and will announce its own plans, while the ODOS token will continue to exist onchain. It didn’t provide a rationale for the decision.

Odos Protocol’s DEX aggregator volume has been declining over the past two years, falling to $169 million in July 2026 from a peak of $7.8 billion in December 2024. The protocol generated $2.72 million in annualized revenue, according to DefiLlama data.

Several crypto platforms and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols have announced closures in recent months. Derivatives exchange BitMEX announced plans to shut down operations on Thursday, after 11 years.
