Nearly 668,000 TRUMP memecoin holders are in the running for an 18-karat gold Trump watch. Only 4 of them will win.
Donald Trump's newest contest has a simple pitch: buy enough of his TRUMP memecoin, hold it long enough, and you could walk out of Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, on Nov. 22 wearing an 18-karat gold Trump watch.

Getting in is a game of accumulation. Buying the TRUMP token is the first step. Registered holders are then ranked on a leaderboard: the more tokens you hold, and the longer you hold them between Sept. 30 and Nov. 12, the higher you climb.
When the clock stops, the top 185 holders get dinner invitations. The top 29 get a VIP reception and front-row seats. The top four get the gold watch.
Everyone else at the table goes home with Trump memorabilia — a fragrance, a poster, a trading card and other collectibles, according to the official GetTrumpMemes site.
A memecoin. Unlike a stock, the TRUMP token doesn't represent a piece of a company. There's no product, no revenue, no business underneath it. You're buying a digital token with Trump's name and image on it, and its price is whatever the next person will pay.
Trump launched it on Jan. 17, 2025, three days before he was sworn back into the White House. First lady Melania Trump followed with her own MELANIA token on the eve of the inauguration.

This isn't the first dinner.
The gala is the third event of its kind. In May 2025, the top 220 holders were invited to a black-tie dinner at the same Virginia golf club. Another gathering followed at Mar-a-Lago in April 2026.
Each announcement has come with a market reaction. When the first dinner was promoted in April 2025, the TRUMP token jumped more than 70%.
The reaction this time has been smaller. The token sat around $2.06, up roughly 2% over 24 hours as of press time, CoinGecko data showed.
