The contract doesn't fake it, it walks every single gate on Robinhood Chain, every block = one clock tick.
Here's the magic: tick() is permissionless. Whoever pays the gas to advance one cycle EARNS that cycle's share of the token. Emission can't be printed, it only drips out one clock cycle at a time to whoever keeps the chip alive. If the token's worth more than the gas, it runs. If not, it stalls. Pure honest supply.
