  • SharpLink Q2 results show $11.5 million in revenue and a $394.3 million loss.
  • Staking generated $11.2 million, providing over 97% of quarterly revenue.
  • SharpLink controlled 886,881 ETH and equivalents at the end of June.

SharpLink Q2 results show revenue growth alongside a $394.3 million net loss for the three months ending June 30. Revenue reached $11.5 million, up from about $697,000 one year earlier. Staking generated $11.2 million of that total. However, falling Ethereum values produced substantial non-cash accounting charges during the quarter.

The SharpLink Q2 results include a $321 million unrealized loss linked to Ethereum market conditions. They also include a $76.1 million impairment charge covering the company’s LsETH and weETH holdings.

SharpLink says neither charge reduced its token holdings or required an asset sale. However, the impairment lowered the recorded value of both liquid staking assets under U.S. accounting rules.

The SharpLink Q2 results place the quarterly loss above the $103.4 million loss recorded one year earlier. Diluted losses improved to $1.88 per share from $4.27, reflecting changes in the company’s share count.

Selling, general and administrative expenses increased from $2.4 million to $9.1 million. Higher personnel, custody, insurance, legal, and accounting costs supported that rise.

Meanwhile, cash and cash equivalents reached $56.2 million, up from $28.5 million in December.

ETH Staking Expands Revenue and Treasury Holdings in Q2

SharpLink Q2 results reflect a full quarter under the Ethereum treasury strategy launched in June 2025. Staking provided more than 97% of quarterly revenue and generated $22.7 million during the first half.

SharpLink controlled 886,881 ETH and equivalent assets at quarter-end. Its holdings included 632,784 native ETH, 181,321 ETH represented by LsETH, and 72,776 ETH represented by weETH.

The portfolio carried a combined GAAP value near $1.4 billion. SharpLink later increased its holdings to about 888,938 ETH and equivalents by August 3.

Additionally, a $75 million June offering funded roughly 10,000 ETH at an average price of $1,611. SharpLink also spent about $10 million repurchasing 2.1 million shares during the quarter.

The quarterly report follows SharpLink’s entry into the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes. After June, the company committed $100 million to the $125 million Galaxy SharpLink Onchain Yield Fund.
