@injective has confirmed that its $INJ token is now live on Solana as a native SPL token, marking a significant step in the protocol's multi-chain expansion. Trading is handled by @Raydium, with pairs available against $SOL and other ecosystem tokens.
Solana users were not without access to $INJ before this launch. Injective already had interoperability with Solana via existing bridges since its 2021 launch, but the relationship is now direct and native. A wrapped version of INJ had also been available through a Katana vault since 2024. The difference with this new listing is that no intermediary wrapper sits between the user and the token.
Until now, accessing INJ on Solana meant routing through bridges to Injective's Cosmos-based Layer 1 blockchain. Solana users can now interact with INJ the same way they would any other token on the network, with no bridging required.
The SPL token became operational around September 10 to 11, 2026, with active trading and liquidity pools appearing by September 17.The initial on-chain supply for the SPL token sits between 131,000 and 140,000 tokens as of mid-September 2026. That is a modest float, consistent with a controlled rollout rather than a broad market debut.
Injective provides core financial infrastructure primitives that applications can leverage, and developers can use its plug-and-play modules to rapidly deploy applications. Bringing $INJ natively to Solana extends that reach to one of the busiest DeFi ecosystems in crypto.
Injective is also one of the most interoperable Layer 1 blockchains ever created, and is fully compatible with major chains such as Ethereum and Solana. The native SPL listing reinforces that positioning by removing the friction that bridged or wrapped tokens typically introduce for end users.
For Solana traders, the practical benefit is straightforward: $INJ can now be bought, sold, and used within Solana-native applications directly through @Raydium without leaving the ecosystem.
