Top Value (BVI) AM Limited has announced the public launch of TopValue.fi, an FXRP infrastructure platform on Flare that combines a fixed 1:1 on-chain bridge with a separate multi-asset custodial route.
The launch follows a named institutional phase. Four professional lines — Resin Essex, Wind Partners, North Gate, and the DIFC line — recorded 10,008,563.09 XRP. Other cabinet seats add 264,159.95 XRP. Combined booked custody is 10,272,723.04 XRP against a 25,000,000.00 XRP ceiling. Public access is now available to users seeking either direct interaction with official FXRP through MyXRPBridge or access through the platform’s custodial cabinet.
TopValue.fi is designed around two distinct operating routes. The public on-chain route allows users to lock official FXRP and receive an equal quantity of myXRP. When myXRP is redeemed, it is burned and the corresponding quantity of FXRP is returned by the contract in the same transaction.
The custodial route supports BTC, ETH, USDT, XRP, and more than 200 other listed digital assets across 25 network environments. Principal remains denominated in the original asset and returns as that asset. XRP credits print on each tick, every 15–90 minutes, sit on Available, and withdraw separately.
The named book ran from 12 August through 30 September 2026. From 1 October the desk is open. Each line shows the arrival legs and the Binance close on the booking day. Room left on the ceiling is 14,727,276.96 XRP.
MyXRPBridge operates on Flare C-Chain, Chain ID 14. The official bridge contract is 0x14b9dd90edaaff6527c1b168550b3faa15b9f6af. Its official underlying FXRP contract is 0xAd552A648C74D49E10027AB8a618A3ad4901c5bE.
Maximum outstanding issuance is capped at 10,000,000 FXRP. The underlying FXRP address and issuance ceiling are fixed contract parameters.
The published MyXRPBridge structure has no contract owner or administrator, no operator key, no privileged FXRP withdrawal function, and no bridge upgrade mechanism. It also includes reentrancy protection for deposits and withdrawals.
These parameters give MyXRPBridge a focused role. The contract receives official FXRP, issues myXRP at a 1:1 ratio, and returns FXRP after the corresponding myXRP is burned.
MyXRPBridge has received an independent technical review from Comply Security. The independent review is supplemented by published analyses conducted using Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet, Grok, GPT, Gemini, and Composer.
The custodial route covers Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Flare, Hyperliquid, Solana, XRP Ledger, TRON, SEI, Cosmos, Near, Aptos, Sui, Stellar, Algorand, Polkadot, and Kaspa.
Official FXRP locked inside MyXRPBridge remains in the contract until the corresponding myXRP is redeemed. The custodial cabinet operates through a separate accounting framework.
