Japan's @sbivc_official and @BITPointJP are removing nine digital assets from their platforms as part of a wider service integration tied to a corporate merger. BITPOINT will remove support for six tokens, including $BNB, DEP, JASMY (JMY), OSHI Token, $PEPE, and OFFICIAL TRUMP, with the delisting taking effect on October 28 at 13:00 JST.Consistent with that transition, VCTRADE itself will drop three assets, Aptos ($APT), Ethereum Classic (ETC), and Oasis (OAS), on the same October 28 deadline.
The company framed the decision as the outcome of a comprehensive review of its service policy for listed assets, saying the removals are intended to preserve stable service delivery for its customer base.
Purchase services on the standard BITPOINT platform and trading on BITPOINT PRO will end earlier, on October 7 at 16:00, and deposit acceptance for OSHI and JMY will close at the same moment. Any open orders left on BITPOINT PRO will be cancelled automatically. Holders wishing to exit should note that all sales and withdrawals must be completed by October 28, after which remaining balances will be liquidated at market value and converted to Japanese yen for account credit in November.
BITPOINT started accepting withdrawals of $BNB, $PEPE, and TRUMP from September 4, expanding a service those three tokens had not previously carried, which gives customers a direct on-chain exit route ahead of the cutoffs.
Merger Backdrop and Jasmy's Response
The delisting notice sits inside a larger corporate restructuring. BITPOINT's services are scheduled to be folded into SBI VC Trade's VCTRADE platform by the end of December 2026, after SBI VC Trade absorbed BITPOINT Japan through an absorption-type merger on April 1.
Jasmy CEO @H_Hara_Jasmy has moved quickly to reassure the community, confirming that the discontinuation stems from internal BITPOINT handling policies and does not reflect any change to the protocol's business activities or the Jasmy Chain development roadmap. In January 2026, Jasmy completed one of its most significant milestones by launching JasmyChain, its own Ethereum Layer-2 network built on Arbitrum Orbit technology, moving JASMY from a simple ERC-20 utility token to the native gas token of an entire blockchain.
The delistings arrive at a sensitive moment for JASMY holders, as the token has faced similar actions from other Asian exchanges in recent months. Investors in affected assets across both platforms are advised to act well before the October 7 purchase cutoff and the October 28 final withdrawal deadline to avoid automatic liquidation.
