CT is the governance and configuration token of Concrete, an onchain finance platform built by Blueprint Finance. Its token generation event (TGE) is on September 30, 2026.
CT has a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens and no inflation. Holders who lock CT can vote on defined protocol decisions. Holders who stake it can access adjustments to certain fees on their own activity and may earn rewards.
What Is Concrete?
Concrete describes itself as an operating system for onchain finance. It runs four product lines: Earn, Vaults, Enterprise, and AssetCX. Vaults use ERC-4626, a common Ethereum standard for tokenized yield strategies. AssetCX is how institutions connect to the protocol.
Concrete reports more than $1.2 billion in deposits, over $23 billion in cumulative volume, and more than 54,000 depositors. Users can deposit assets such as USDT, WBTC, and ETH into its vaults.
How Does The CT Token Work?
CT has three defined uses, and each depends on how a holder commits their tokens.
Governance By Locking CT
Locking commits tokens so they cannot be moved, in exchange for voting power. Concrete has not published lock terms. Eligible holders who lock CT can vote on:
- Strategy approvals
- Collateral classifications
- Fee frameworks
- Treasury-related policies
- Module settings
Concrete says more decisions will move into token-based governance over time.
Fee Configuration By Staking CT
Users who stake CT may access adjustments to certain protocol-side fees on their own activity in supported Concrete modules. These adjustments follow predefined technical limits and apply only to the staker's own interactions.
Staking Rewards
Active stakers may become eligible for token rewards, based on their level of participation and the protocol's rules. The announcement does not state a reward rate.
What Are The CT Tokenomics?
CT's tokenomics rest on a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, split four ways:
- Ecosystem (35%): community distribution, participation, liquidity, and growth
- Investors (28%): strategic backers of the protocol
- Team (22%): current and future contributors
- Foundation (15%): security, integrations, governance, research, and commercial work
The ecosystem share includes CT for users who contributed through eligible onchain and ecosystem activity. Team and investor allocations follow long-term vesting schedules, which release tokens gradually. Together, the team and investors hold 50% of supply. Concrete's announcement does not list specific vesting dates.
Who Issues CT?
The Concrete Foundation, a Cayman Islands foundation company, coordinates governance and manages the CT treasury. Its British Virgin Islands subsidiary, Concrete Network, Ltd., issues CT and is responsible for the CT white paper and for seeking admission to trading. That white paper was prepared under MiCAR, the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
Where Can You Get CT?
CT contracts are live on Ethereum and BNB Chain at 0x0A092E544DA31150b439a1aAA1A3a2214a867F46. Each platform sets its own trading times, pairs, and eligibility.
Binance Alpha is the first venue to list CT, on September 30. Eligible users can claim an airdrop with Binance Alpha points once trading opens. CoinGabbar reports that trading starts at 08:00 UTC and that users with at least 223 Alpha Points can claim 200 CT, first come, first served. Binance Alpha is a pre-listing venue, and Alpha tokens cannot be withdrawn until they are listed on Binance Spot.
Coinbase added CT to its listing roadmap on September 9, 2026. Crypto Briefing noted that a roadmap spot does not guarantee active trading.
At the time of writing, trackers such as CoinCarp had no CT price data. Check a live tracker and confirm the contract address before trading. Concrete also warns users to verify CT information only through concrete(.)xyz, concretefoundation(.)xyz, or its official channels.
Conclusion
CT is a fixed-supply governance and configuration token for Concrete's vault and yield platform. Locking CT gives eligible holders votes on defined protocol settings. Staking CT gives access to fee adjustments on the staker's own activity and may earn rewards. Its contracts are live on Ethereum and BNB Chain, Binance Alpha is its first trading venue, and it sits on Coinbase's listing roadmap.
