X has initiated legal proceedings against two UK residents, Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa, accusing them of orchestrating a network of crypto-related accounts to extract over $277,000 from the platform’s Creator Revenue Sharing Program.

Details of the Alleged Coordination

Court documents detail how X alleges the scheme operated across several accounts focused on cryptocurrency themes. According to the complaint, these accounts regularly engaged with each other’s posts—liking, reposting, and replying in quick succession—to artificially increase engagement metrics that determined revenue payouts from the platform.

Six principal accounts were named in the lawsuit: @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, @saylordocs, @TrendingBitcoin, @Kalshibacktest, and @PolyBackTest. Between August 2023 and February 2026, these accounts allegedly secured payouts totaling more than £207,000 by repeatedly publishing the same or similar content and fostering coordinated interactions.

Investigators cited several examples to support claims of synchronization. On October 10, 2025, @TrendingBitcoin and @saylordocs posted identical messages within two minutes. On November 3, four accounts, including @Bitcoin_Teddy and @Kalshibacktest, published matching content just minutes apart. On August 5, 2026, @Vivek4real_ and @TrendingBitcoin were observed posting nearly identical content within 11 seconds, while on August 13, @Vivek4real_, @saylordocs, and @Bitcoin_Teddy each replied to a third-party post within a 31-second window.

Account Connections and Payout Breakdown

X claims the main six accounts were also supported by three others—@BTC_Vibes, @MrSuperBitcoin, and @Laserlump—which frequently interacted with the core group to further inflate apparent engagement. The complaint presents evidence of financial links between the accused individuals and these accounts.

A detailed breakdown of the payouts lists @Vivek4real_ as receiving £74,332.44 (approximately $99,200), followed by @Bitcoin_Teddy (£50,065, or $66,800) and @saylordocs (£49,441.91, about $66,000). The remaining funds were distributed among @TrendingBitcoin (£22,938.35, or $30,600), @PolyBackTest (£6,705.25, or $8,900), and @Kalshibacktest (£3,490.71, or $4,600). One separate payout of about £411.28 ($549) was linked to @Bitcoin_Teddy and a Stripe account under the name Stefan Mann, with payment information pointing to Sen and Sherpa.

Court documents indicate that three accounts—@Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, and @saylordocs—had Stripe payment information linking them to Sen, while the other three were connected to Sherpa through other financial data.

Investigators provided a timeline of postings and payments, illustrating highly synchronized activities across multiple crypto accounts, significant financial transfers, and direct links among the defendants through payment systems.

X suspended the implicated accounts on August 18, 2026, and filed its lawsuit on September 17. The company is seeking to reclaim at least £207,384 ($276,780), along with damages, legal expenses, and interest. Additionally, X is demanding a minimum of £75,000 to compensate for investigative and preventive measures, with figures potentially rising as the litigation progresses.

The lawsuit centers on not only the alleged financial loss but also the broader issue of whether X can substantiate claims of orchestrated content coordination, account interlinkages, and related financial transactions.

This case highlights how closely coordinated actions among crypto-related accounts can trigger substantial revenue flows and lead to legal scrutiny on major platforms.

When analyzing engagement strategies in the crypto sector, technical indicators and market timing often prove crucial. In the meme token arena, social trends can convert trivial amounts into significant returns within days. Fomo App data shows a trade in “Niu Lai” turning $99 into around $370,000, exemplifying the explosive nature of this market. In such an environment, tracking both timing and token selections is vital for investors. Fomo App integrates token discovery, social feeds, investor rankings, and trade alerts, offering a consolidated space for following meme token trends and investor activity.

The unresolved issue is not only the scale of the payouts, but whether the posting patterns, account links, and financial trails will be substantiated as evidence of a coordinated scheme.
