Singapore-based payments platform Alchemy Pay has partnered with Ethena Labs to allow direct fiat purchases of the synthetic dollar USDe and the ENA token. The integration enables users to buy these digital assets using everyday payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Through this partnership, Alchemy Pay has been integrated into the Ethena Swap portal, allowing users from more than 173 countries to convert local currencies into USDe and ENA. The service supports over 50 fiat currencies and offers a streamlined entry point to Ethena’s ecosystem without requiring centralized exchanges or complex wallet transfers.
This move removes a common hurdle in crypto adoption by allowing direct asset purchases through familiar methods. It reflects a continued effort to simplify the onboarding process for new users into decentralized ecosystems. The partnership is expected to support both seasoned users and newcomers exploring blockchain finance.
Alchemy Pay has been steadily expanding its presence across major Web3 projects. Previously, it facilitated fiat on and off-ramp access for protocols such as Lido and Metis. In both cases, users gained the ability to purchase native tokens like stETH and METIS using local currencies through mainstream payment systems.
More decentralized platforms are choosing to simplify user onboarding by integrating fiat payment support. Ethena's latest collaboration mirrors similar steps taken by others, such as Lido and Metis, to improve accessibility and reduce entry friction for users globally.
By partnering with Alchemy Pay, Ethena aims to strengthen participation within its ecosystem. The integration expands user reach while aligning with an industry-wide movement toward easier crypto access through regulated and user-friendly channels.
