Cryptocurrency Prices on May 2: Bitcoin 1.75%↑, Ethereum 1.26%↑

The cryptocurrency market showed a modest recovery on May 2, with major digital assets posting slight gains.

According to CoinMarketCap, as of 2:00 PM KST, Bitcoin (BTC) rose by 1.75% to $96,761.53, while Ethereum (ETH) climbed 1.26% to $1,834.44. XRP (XRP) also edged up by 0.38%, trading at $2.21. Dogecoin (DOGE) increased by 3.09% to $0.1804, and Solana (SOL) rose by 0.42% to $149.48. Avalanche (AVAX) gained 2.61%, reaching $21.66, while Shiba Inu (SHIB) advanced 1.54% to $0.00001348. Aptos (APT) climbed 1.37% to $5.47. Meanwhile, Pi (PI) recorded a 2.64% decline, falling to $0.5952.

Immutable (IMX) recorded the highest gain, surging 14.35% in the past 24 hours. On the other hand, Fartcoin (FARTCOIN) suffered the largest drop, declining 4.90% during the same period.

Other notable altcoins included Quai Network (QUAI), which dropped by 2.59% to $0.06009, while Aleo (ALEO) fell by 3.75% to $0.2443.
