Currently, ships on the Star Atlas marketplace are sold with their accompanying crew and components. However, following the upcoming airdrop, these elements will be distributed separately. Crew members will be airdropped as Crew Packs, while ship components will be sent as “Ship Component Bundles.”

Each Crew Pack will include one character for every crew member originally included with your ship. The rarity of your ship will determine the tier of the Crew Packs you receive: Common and Uncommon ships will get Silver Packs, Rare, and Epic ships will receive Gold Packs, and Legendary and Anomaly ships will be awarded Platinum Packs.
