Zebec Network (@Zebec_HQ) will deploy its payroll and payments stack on @circle's Arc mainnet, adding another chain to an expanding multichain footprint that already spans more than a dozen networks.
A Natural Next Step for an Existing Partnership
The move builds on a relationship that predates the mainnet launch. Zebec joined Arc's testnet in November 2025 as a member of the Circle Alliance Program, giving it early access to the network's infrastructure ahead of a wider rollout. Zebec Network has built a multichain payroll and payments platform using $USDC and EURC to support real-time payroll streaming, cross-border payouts, and card-based spending, processing more than $500 million in annual payroll. Both stablecoins already settle Zebec's salary streams across its existing chains, making Arc a logical extension rather than a new direction.
Its platform lets employers open, pause, or adjust payment streams to employees and contractors, who can hold funds in a supported wallet, offramp where available, or spend through cards.Originally built on Solana, Zebec has expanded into a multi-chain network supporting assets across numerous blockchains for broader utility.
What Arc Brings to the Table
Arc's public mainnet launched on September 16, 2026, positioning itself as an open Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for financial markets, real-time money movement, and the agentic economy.Developers can deploy contracts and send transactions without approval, but validation remains restricted to known institutions. Transaction fees are denominated in $USDC, and Arc is compatible with Ethereum's application environment.
Fireblocks, BlackRock, DTCC, ICE, Mastercard, Visa, Standard Chartered, Galaxy, and MoneyGram are among the founding validators. That institutional validator set aligns closely with the compliance-conscious, enterprise-grade workflows that underpin Zebec's business model. Circle wants Arc to be the settlement layer where businesses can move USDC and other assets with predictable fees, fast finality, and direct access to Circle's financial infrastructure.
For Zebec, deploying on Arc means its payroll infrastructure will run on a chain designed from the ground up for stablecoin settlement, with fees paid in $USDC and block production secured by some of the largest names in traditional finance. The company frames the integration as part of its broader multichain roadmap rather than a pivot away from existing deployments.
