Bitcoin shows 0.78% kimchi premium in Korean market on April 19.

As of 12:00 AM KST on April 19, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 112.92 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, down 0.75% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 112.04 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 880,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.78%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.83%. Other major altcoins also showed solid premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.85%, XRP (XRP) at 0.83%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.25%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.74%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.7% to 1.2% range.
