Bitcoin shows 0.78% kimchi premium in Korean market on April 21.

As of 12:00 AM KST on April 21, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 111.10 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 0.98% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 110.24 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 860,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.78%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.71%. Other major altcoins also showed similar premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.64%, XRP (XRP) at 0.76%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.85%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.82%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.6% to 0.8% range.
