Bitcoin shows 0.88% kimchi premium in Korean market on April 20.

As of 12:00 AM KST on April 20, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 112.83 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 0.39% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 111.85 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 980,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.88%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.91%. Other major altcoins also showed strong premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.89%, XRP (XRP) at 0.97%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.61%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.95%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.6% to 0.9% range.
