Bitcoin shows 1.16% kimchi premium in Korean market on April 30.

As of 12:00 AM KST on April 30, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 114.13 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 0.61% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 112.82 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 1.31 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 1.16%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 1.13%. Other major altcoins also showed strong premiums: Solana (SOL) at 1.16%, XRP (XRP) at 1.15%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.77%, and Sui (SUI) at 1.11%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.7% to 1.1% range.
