$EAT × BitMart: $4.4M Trade-to-Feed Prize Pool, Up to 5 Million Meals Funded

Most trading competitions are pure extraction. Volume goes in. Prizes come out. Nothing else happens.

The $EAT × BitMart Impact Summer competition was built to do something different. Every trade fills the prize pool and funds meals. The same volume that pays out winners also unlocks hunger relief funding through the WYDE Association grant pipeline. Bigger volume, bigger prizes, more families fed. All at once.

This is the largest trading competition in BitMart's history, launched to celebrate BitMart's 8th Anniversary. It runs 30 days: April 28, 2026 at 00:00 UTC through May 28, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

The headline numbers

  • $4.4M USDT total prize pool at full milestone
  • $2.2M USDT max top prize (50% of total pool)
  • 75,500 Power Drop tickets at $10 USDT flat each
  • 15 Lucky Drop jackpot winners between $5K and $100K
  • 5,000,000 meals funded at $200M aggregate competition volume

Three ways to win, all running concurrently

1. Volume Leaderboard — the whale race

Top traders by total $EAT spot volume share a USDT pool that scales with competition-wide volume. One trader takes home up to $2.2M USDT (50% of the total pool). The remaining 50% distributes across positions 2 through N by rank. At full $200M volume, 73 traders get paid.

2. Power Drop — $10 USDT per ticket, flat

You don't have to be a whale. Trade $40+ in $EAT spot volume and you're eligible. Every ticket is worth exactly $10 USDT. Not a variable fraction. $10 flat. Tickets distribute proportionally to volume — 75,500 tickets across all milestones, $755K in cumulative Power Drop rewards.

3. Lucky Drops — the jackpot draw

Random draws, weekly and at close. Trade $2,000+ in $EAT spot volume to be entered. Up to 15 winners total. Individual jackpots $5,000 to $100,000 USDT, drawn via verifiable seeded RNG with records published post-draw.

Bonus: Welcome Lucky Draw — $5,000 USDT

Lowest barrier of entry. Complete a $5 USDT spot trade in $EAT to be entered. 1 × $500 first prize, 2 × $250 second prize, 800 × $5 third prize. Total welcome pool: $5,000 USDT.

How the pool scales

The competition pool rate is not flat. It steps up at each volume milestone. When volume crosses a threshold, BitMart recalculates the pool by applying the new (higher) rate to total cumulative volume. The pool jumps at each step, rewarding momentum.

$10M volume — Pool rate 0.55% — Total pool $55K — 1st place $27.5K — 156,250 meals funded

$25M volume — Pool rate 0.90% — Total pool $225K — 1st place $112.5K — 625,000 meals funded

$50M volume — Pool rate 1.235% — Total pool $617.5K — 1st place $308.75K — 1,406,250 meals funded

$75M volume — Pool rate 1.527% — Total pool $1.145M — 1st place $572.5K — 2,187,500 meals funded

$100M volume — Pool rate 1.798% — Total pool $1.798M — 1st place $898.75K — 2,968,750 meals funded

$200M volume — Pool rate 2.218% — Total pool $4.435M — 1st place $2.218M — 5,000,000 meals funded

Worked example: At $24M volume the pool is $24M × 0.55% = $132K. Cross $25M and the rate steps up to 0.90%, so the pool becomes $25M × 0.90% = $225K. The step-up rewards crossing thresholds.

Wash trades, self-matches, and manipulated volume are excluded before the rate is applied. Only organic spot trading volume counts.

Where the meals go

Feed the Children is $EAT's exclusive national hunger relief grant partner. Founded in 1979, they operate across the United States and in 10+ countries, distributing food, essentials, and disaster relief to families in need. WYDE Association makes charitable grants to Feed the Children through the $EAT initiative, selected because they have the infrastructure and accountability to ensure that grant funding translates to real, measurable impact.

50% of cause fees flow to Feed the Children through the WYDE Association grant pipeline. The other 50% routes to community-voted local food banks, putting allocation decisions in the hands of $EAT holders.

At $200M in competition volume, 5,000,000 meals get funded.

Why this matters

The whole WYDE thesis is that markets are the most powerful force on earth, and we should point them at things that matter. Memecoins produced billions in volume and helped exactly zero people. Cause coins fund missions. Same volatility, same trading energy, net-positive instead of zero-sum.

This competition is the proof of concept. The step-up rate means the system literally rewards momentum toward impact. More volume = bigger prizes and more families fed. You don't have to choose between profit and purpose. The design eliminates the trade-off.

"You win when you impact." That's not marketing. That's the design.

The path to 1 billion meals

5 million meals is what one trading competition on one exchange can fund in 30 days.

WYDE's long-term target is 1 billion meals. That's not a slogan. It's a math problem. At the rates this system can hit when markets cooperate, it's also tractable. Impact Summer is the start. BitMart is Stop 01. There are more.
